Support Us

In-kind Donations*: We are accepting donations Mon-Sat 10am-3pm.  Donation receipts are available.  Please see below for a list of acceptable and not acceptable items.

Donation Instructions: When facing the front of our store, please turn left and drive around to the street at the back of the building. There is a set of brown double doors with our logo on it. Please pull up to the curb. If the doors are closed (between 10a-3p), please ring the brass doorbell and wait for an attendant. Please do not unload your items without an attendant. Please do not leave your items outside. Leaving items outside is considered dumping and illegal. If there is a car in front of you, please wait until they are done to pull up. We will help you unload once the first vehicle is done and has pulled away. Please follow the direction of the road and do not pull in going the wrong direction or park across the street This process helps keep our attendants and our donors safe.  Thank you.

Monetary gifts*: We are accepting monetary donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Please contact us for more information or mail your donation to the address on the homepage.

What do we do with the donations?

  • Most donated items are able to be sold in our store. We try to keep as many items out of the landfill as possible.

We may keep some items for store use.

Clothing that is smoke free but is not sellable is sent to our nonprofit recycling company. We receive a little bit of money for these items. The recycling company ships about 90% of these items to a large refugee camp in Africa. The remaining items are sold to street vendors to help pay for the shipping costs.

We have sent other items to animal shelters, nursing homes, homeless, schools, mission trips, Love Packages, Focus on Missions, HOPE Ministries Food Pantry, The Sparrow’s Nest, St Charles County Library, and more!
